Raj Chetty is the William A. Ackman Professor of Economics at Harvard University and the Director of Opportunity Insights, where he uses big data to study economic opportunity and improve outcomes for children from diverse backgrounds. Chetty is one of the youngest tenured professors in Harvard’s history, receiving his Ph.D. from Harvard in 2003. His work is widely cited in academia, media, and policy discussions worldwide.
