Dr. Lisa Damour is the author of three New York Times bestsellers: Untangled, Under Pressure, and The Emotional Lives of Teenagers, which have been translated into 23 languages. She co-hosts the Ask Lisa podcast, collaborates with UNICEF, and is recognized as a thought leader by the American Psychological Association. Dr. Damour contributes to The New York Times and CBS News and created Untangling 10to20, a digital library for teen support. She advises the Schubert Center for Child Studies and speaks globally on child development and mental health. Dr. Damour earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Michigan.
