Melinda Brock serves as Operations Manager at the American Institute for Boys and Men, where she also leads the Higher Education Male Achievement Collaborative—an initiative jointly supported by AIBM and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
Before joining AIBM, Melinda built a career in the private sector, helping scale high-growth potential software companies. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she shifted gears to teach high school business and computer science, an experience that deepened her understanding of the challenges facing boys and young men today.
Melinda holds a Master of Science from the Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy at Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee. She resides in Knoxville, Tennessee.
