Melinda Brock is Operations Director at the American Institute for Boys and Men, where she brings experience across business, technology, and education.
Before joining AIBM, she helped growing software companies scale their operations. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she moved into the classroom to teach high school business and computer science. Working directly with students gave her a firsthand understanding of the challenges facing boys and young men and helped shape her commitment to AIBM’s work.
She holds a Master of Science from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee. She lives in Knoxville, Tennessee with her husband and two sons.
